Required Skills:

• Proficiency in operating CNC mills and lathes
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles
• Experience with in-process inspections to uphold quality standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve tooling and equipment issues
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with a wide range of part sizes, from miniature to large-scale components
• Familiarity with rework processes and quality control methodologies
• Additional certifications in machining or manufacturing processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in machining highly preferred
• Previous experience as a CNC machinist or set-up technician in a manufacturing environment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to support a Monday through Thursday schedule, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives
