Inpatient Call Coverage at Leading Downtown & Eastside Facilities

Are you a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist looking for high-yield weekend and holiday block coverage? A premier health system in Greenville, South Carolina, is seeking a dedicated physician to provide inpatient urology support across two of its key campuses: St. Francis Downtown and St. Francis Eastside . This role is strictly hospital-based, focusing on adult and geriatric patients within a Level 3 Trauma environment.

Join a collaborative surgical team where you will work alongside five other Urologists and benefit from daily inpatient APC support.

• Clinical Scope: 100% inpatient responsibilities focusing on General Urology and Ureteroscopy. There are no outpatient or clinic requirements for this assignment.

• Facility Details: Both facilities are fully equipped with onsite Lab and X-ray services. As a Level 3 Trauma Center, the site handles a diverse range of acute urological consults and emergent procedures.

• Support: This service provides dedicated Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) support seven days a week to assist with rounding and patient management.

• Dual-Site Coverage: Providers must be willing to provide coverage at both the Downtown and Eastside campuses.

  • All shifts run from 6:30 AM on the start date to 6:30 AM on the end date.

• Licensing: While an active SC license is required, the facility is open to reviewing providers who are currently in the process of obtaining their South Carolina state license.

To ensure high-quality inpatient care, candidates must meet the following:

• Board Certification: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.

• Licensure: South Carolina State Medical License and a valid DEA are required.

• Life Support: Active ACLS and BLS certifications are required.

• Availability: Must be able to cover the specific blocks listed and be willing to cross-cover both the Downtown and Eastside locations.

• Documentation: A current Self-Query NPDB report (pulled within the last 30 days) is mandatory at the time of presentation.
