If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Managing Director to join our Enterprise Contracting Center Technology team.Responsibilities:Apply authoritative command of contract management and technology to set and drive the strategy for the implementation and rollout of technology for the future state organization, which includes staff implementation plan, playbooks, best practices, guides and roadmaps; collaborate with the Enterprise Contracting Center (ECC) leadership, Enterprise Project Management Office, and functional/risk management contract management teams to implement business requirements and change management/adoption plans to maximize the value for the Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) platformStrategic and proactive responsibility to drive collaborative activities ensuring successful government and commercial CLMS program deliverables and milestones; set critical success factors to monitor value proposition of programProvide leadership in setting and achieving the team's strategic goals and priorities, while supporting the successful execution of the firm's overall strategic objectives.Act as senior subject matter expert, building and maintaining trust-based relationships with business partners, stakeholders, technology/data teams and practice leaders; partner with business leaders to understand their contracting process and technology needs, provide leadership, vision, and management to drive solutionsDirect multiple key projects, programs and initiatives engaging in authoritative and independent decision-making on conflicts of high complexity and impact, collaborating with leaders and key stakeholders to determine appropriate mitigation steps, combining ‘soft hands', executive presence, a strong and comprehensive command of the issues and effective presentation skills; drive continual innovation within those projects or processes to achieve operational excellence and enhanced quality; and act as executive level escalation point ensuring business expectations, goals and objectives are met for all clients. Overall accountability for a team, including responsibility for the group's organization, recruiting, coaching, and mentoring of staff; may have people management responsibility for multiple intermediate and/or junior level professionals, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum utilization of resources across the teams; oversee training requirements and ensure staff is properly trained to include use of contract-related information systemsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum twelve years of recent progressive leadership experience in change and transformation, including cross-enterprise programs that incorporated data, process, technology, and organization change employing multiple delivery styles/methodologiesMaster's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is requiredAdvance knowledge of the broader scope that frames the essential technical area of work with ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value and technical strategy; advanced knowledge in strategic solution delivery models to ensure products and/or services continue to innovate and to drive continuous improvement; experience with an enterprise grade CLMS platform is preferredDemonstrate ability to influence, educate and interact with diverse leaders and teams across the organization and to deal effectively with executive management and staff regarding contracts and subcontracts issues with high degrees of complexity and work issues to resolution; ability to manage client relations, executive-to-executive level, with demonstrated ability to support contract negotiations Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to direct, motivate and empower others to work towards the organization's goals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across multiple functionsAbility to address emerging opportunities and how organization should be organized/staffed to realize them; ability to work effectively across a global networkApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
