Processing Specialist

Essential Responsibilities:

• Process Title and Registration transactions in line with production and quality standards daily
• Scan documents
• Verify Daily Title Reports
• Ship license plates daily and confirm plate inventory
• Answering general questions by telephone, email or in person
• Maintain records, filing systems and computer files
• Photocopy documents
• Perform quality control audits and checks
• Open, sort and enter data for daily orders
• Shipping and Receiving
• Assist walk-in customers and online submissions

Qualifications:

• Title and Registration or MVD experience a plus!
• Be able to lift 20lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organized
• General accounting experience or working with numbers
• Computer experience - MS EXCEL, MS WORD, Outlook, SharePoint
• Excellent communication and interaction skills and telephone skills
• Dependable and punctual with flexibility in schedule to get work completed as necessary daily
• Be supportive in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong data entry experience
• Strong communication skills
• Clean Driving Record with ability to pass 10-year DMV background check
• Possess current AZ driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED Exceptional aptitude and flexibility towards serving and assisting others
• Skills in reading records and resolving complex issues with customer records or policy interpretation
