- 2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience - Will accept a M/S or Stepdown RN - same credentialing for both skills - Travel experience, EPIC - Certification: Nursys - Licenses: Nursys, License/Certificate Verification - Credentials and assessments including Ascension Specialty Exam, Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension EKG Exam, and Ascension Unit Specific Checklist - Professional references and health-related testing and documentation such as MMR, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Varicella, and 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - Driver's License/State ID - Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding and Ascension Education Verification required during onboarding - Must float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
