The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company. Key Responsibilities Rotate through departments immersing yourself in the business from a leadership viewpoint. Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. Participate in Professional Development sessions, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits. Skills and Qualifications Required Must have, or must obtain within six months, a Bachelor’s degree. Must meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs., including: 1) an active driver’s license, 2) being at least 21 years of age, 3) obtaining DOT medical certification, and 4) providing documentation of prior employment. Preferred Co‑op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles. A business or related academic major. A leadership or management role on campus or in extracurricular activities. Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program. The range reflects factors considered in compensation decisions, including skill set, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
