Relationship Manager - EGP (FP)

Job Overview This role supports the Financial Advisor team by enhancing and maintaining client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for non‑administrative client requests, and implementing the team’s client service model. Key Responsibilities Track all client actions/activities to ensure the highest level of client service; Present time‑sensitive updates to the team and monitor and report on client satisfaction; Attend client review meetings to assist with relationship‑deepening conversations; Execute the team service model, including engaging with specialists/partners to address client needs; Manage aspects of the client relationship process, including client onboarding and resolving escalations; Assist the Financial Advisor team and/or Senior Business Managers in developing and monitoring the team’s client book segmentation strategy. Qualifications Either Series7 and 66 licenses or Series7, 63 and 65 licenses; Must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support; SAFEAct registration (must register and maintain registration, subject to federal registry requirements); Maintain a FormADV‑2B, providing clients details on the individual’s experience and educational background; Maintain at least one firm‑approved designation. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $60,000.00 – $96,000.00 annualized, based on experience, education and skill set. Formulaic incentive plan eligibility: monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities earned based on defined performance metrics.
