Production Operator

Pay Rate : $25.00- $26.26/hr
Location : Oxford, NC
Hours : 7:00am- 7:30pm- 2/2/3 schedule 12 hr shift
Duration : 3 months+

Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for performing assigned duties until properly relieved. Responsible for performing SMAT observations and submitting of required concerned reports

Responsibilities:
The Dry End Operator will be responsible for operating various machines at the end of the process. The Dry End Operator will operate a forklift to move/ stage finished goods. This role directly reports to the on-shift Production Supervisor but works closely with the Winder Operator.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform visual inspection of finished goods to verify it meets quality specifications Communication of production issues or concerns on shift
• Maintain a thoroughly cleaned area in and around facility
• Ability to relieve to winder job role as needed
• Complete and maintain mobile equipment certifications (i.e., floor scrubber, forklift, and bobcat)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Industrial Manufacturing Experience Required
• Computer Literacy Required
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Attendance Practices Required
