Caregiver for AI Training

Role Overview

Use your hands-on childcare and caregiving experience to create smartphone video data that helps train next-generation AI systems. You will record routine caregiving activities, including feeding, playtime, supervised activities, and household routines with children, while following detailed recording protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture motion data and synchronized video footage on a compatible smartphone during everyday caregiving tasks.
• Follow technical protocols for video quality, labeling, and accuracy.
• Provide at least 10 hours of approved video data each week throughout the project.
• Communicate with the remote team to clarify guidance and share feedback on data collection.
• Deliver required recordings reliably and on schedule in line with project milestones.
• Complete device compatibility checks and a custom AI enabled interview.

Qualifications

• Current or recent experience as a nanny, au pair, childcare provider, or caregiver.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow step by step protocols consistently.
• Comfort using smartphones and everyday mobile apps.
• Reliable, self directed work style and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to safely perform repetitive caregiving tasks.
• Access to a compatible smartphone: iPhone 12 or later, Google Pixel 6 or later, or Samsung Galaxy S21 or later.
• Access to a head strap for hands free recording within 48 hours of the start date.
• A Gmail address is strongly preferred for tool integration.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.
• Tasks must be completed on a smartphone using a head mounted camera and head strap. Technical specifications will be provided during required setup.
• Roles are typically filled within 48 hours. Selected candidates may begin approximately 24 hours after completing required setup.

Compensation

Advertised compensation is $13 to $15 per hour. Payment is output based and issued per recorded video that meets project specifications.
