Cusdial WorkerReports To: Custodial Services SupervisorLocation: ALBAirport: Albany International AirportSummary: Keeps designated facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties:Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following:Sweeps, mops, scrubs or otherwise cleans windows, offices, breakrooms, hallways, bathrooms and public areas as assigned.Operates floor cleaners, vacuums and other cleaning machines.Maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies.Replenishes soap and paper dispensers.Empties trash and garbage containers.Notifies supervision of the need for building or cleaning equipment repairsRuns errands as necessary.Participates in Total Quality Management programs.May be required to perform any other related duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
