Car Wash Operations Assistant Manager

Responsibilities Support the Team. Drive Daily Operations. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience. Assist in supervising daily site operations including staffing support, scheduling assistance, coaching, and performance feedback. Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times. Support efforts to optimize workflow and vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience. Provide best‑in‑class customer service by addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally. Assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies to drive revenue and customer retention. Help monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering and restocking of chemicals, parts, and operational supplies. Enforce company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards. Support review of operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to improve site performance. Partner with the Site Manager to execute site-specific goals and business initiatives. Help resolve employee and customer concerns to maintain a positive, productive environment. Lead shifts and oversee operations in the Site Manager’s absence when needed. Requirements Supervisory or leadership experience preferred (car wash, automotive, retail, or service industry a plus). Ability to motivate, coach, and support a high‑performing team. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Customer‑first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Basic knowledge of car wash equipment, maintenance practices, and safety standards is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic operational software systems.
