New Graduates Welcome, offering Advanced Sign-On Bonus for Students! Salary Base salary starts at $243,500.00 for new grads (salary is based on CRNA experience). Supplemental pay for call and hours worked beyond scheduled shifts. Sign-On Bonus of $30,000.00 Advanced Sign-On Bonus option for Students of $1500/month. Preferred Qualifications Advanced practice nurse who works in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons and other physicians and medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures. Responsibilities Participates in professional development Provides direct patient care and documents care given. Ensures compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal laws that may apply to anesthesia services. Completes the pre-anesthesia patient record, reviews the results of laboratory data, and begins induction when appropriate.
