APT | Physical Therapist

Join a dedicated team providing comprehensive physical therapy services across a prominent regional health network in the Southeastern United States. This role involves evaluating and treating patients referred for physical therapy, contributing to enhanced patient outcomes and supporting the mission and values of the department.

• Demonstrated ability to apply clinical knowledge and skills effectively.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and interpersonal skills to assess and respond to patient needs promptly.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary environments.
• FIM credentialing must be obtained within the first 45 days of employment, maintaining a minimum proficiency score of 80%, with up to three attempts allowed.
• Completion of Evacuation Training and training in Restraint, Seclusion, and Safety Devices is required for all clinical staff serving inpatient and outpatient areas.
• Effective communication skills, including oral, written, and visual assessment abilities.
• Physical ability to use proper body mechanics, transfer and transport patients of varying weights, and operate clinical equipment safely.
