Future Opening: Housekeeping

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the apartment community. This position helps ensure that residents, prospects, and guests experience a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment throughout the property. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain common areas, including leasing offices, clubhouses, hallways, elevators, fitness centers, restrooms, and other amenity spaces. Clean vacant apartment homes and prepare them for new resident move-ins. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, clean glass and surfaces, and sanitize designated areas. Maintain cleanliness of building entrances and other high-traffic areas. Remove trash and properly dispose of waste from designated areas. Monitor housekeeping supplies and notify management when additional supplies are needed. Report maintenance concerns, damage, safety issues, or other property concerns to the appropriate team member. Assist with maintaining model apartments and other areas used for prospective resident tours. Follow established safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning products and equipment. Work closely with the property and maintenance teams to ensure the community is clean and ready for residents and prospective residents. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to manage time effectively and complete assigned tasks. Ability to perform the physical duties associated with housekeeping, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying supplies. Positive attitude and willingness to assist the team as needed.
