nin Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter in the Madison, Alabama area!

Are you energetic, organized, and passionate about helping people find work opportunities? We are looking for a motivated recruiter who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and interviewing candidates
• Assisting teammates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Posting jobs and sourcing candidates
• Conducting phone screens and follow-up calls
• Building relationships with clients and teammates
• Assisting with orientations and employee support
• Maintaining accurate notes and communication in the system

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred
• Professional attitude and reliable attendance
