Position Specific Description As a Sr Business Analyst, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Strong analytics foundation: ability to synthesize large datasets into clear trends, variance explanations, and decision-ready recommendations. Financial and commercial acumen: comfortable working with forecast/actual concepts and explaining performance through a commercial partnership lens. Advanced Excel and slide-building skills (PowerPoint): can independently build executive ready materials with clean visuals and tight storylines. Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI). Strong stakeholder management: can triage inbound asks, clarify the “real question,” and deliver high-quality outputs on tight timelines. Detail-oriented and process minded: cares about data validation, metric definitions, and repeatability of reporting. Job Overview Employees in this role conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit.
