Job Description:


Addison Group is seeking a Leasing Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the leasing team. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional who can quickly learn new systems, manage data accurately, and assist with a variety of administrative and ad hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide backend administrative support to the leasing team.
• Perform heavy data entry and review information across multiple systems.
• Compare and verify data between Yardi and Salesforce to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Review spreadsheets, create reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct research on competitors, including rental offerings and pricing.
• Monitor and follow up on property-related issues, including lockbox and hub connectivity concerns.
• Coordinate with appropriate teams and vendors to address property system or access issues.
• Handle a high volume of emails, typing, and administrative tasks.
• Assist with various ad hoc projects and administrative requests as needed.
• Periodically assist with customer calls and other leasing-related support.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of data entry and/or administrative experience.
• Experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Leasing Assistant, Leasing Specialist, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
• Experience with Yardi and/or Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple ad hoc tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
• Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic.
