Practice Group Manager

As the fastest‑growing mental health practice group in the country, we are looking for a Practice Group Manager to join our team. Job Summary The Practice Group Manager will be on site to provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices. The role serves as a local culture carrier and an extension of operations leadership, overseeing workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction, and performance measures. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $74,000 – $85,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential. Locations 1421 S Potomac St. Suite 110, Aurora, CO 80012 1900 Grant St. Suite 600, Denver, CO 80203 3401 Quebec St Suite 7600, Denver, CO 80207 Duties / Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Responsible for financial performance management, including revenue, center margin and EBITDA targets, ensuring efficient operations, reporting on key performance indicators, and providing root‑cause analysis. Implement institutional operational and clinical processes, collaborate with shared services, manage local referral source relationships, assess patient capacity and clinician utilization, and build a high‑performing team through hiring, training, and performance management. Staff Performance and Support: Directly manage performance and engagement of direct reports (clinicians, lead practice coordinator, practice coordinators, medical services coordinators); coordinate with clinical leadership teams to ensure service delivery aligns with expectations, policies, and procedures. Clinician Performance and Support: Promote workplace culture and clinician satisfaction, support onboarding and training of new hires, cooperate with intake for patient matching, serve as operations contact for clinician administrative queries, oversee escalated patient complaints, and partner with leaders to provide support around case consults, documentation, and best practices. Clinician Issue Resolution & Retention: Communicate weekly with operational and clinical directors regarding clinician dissatisfaction, mentor and engage high performers, and support career progression discussions. Required Skills & Abilities Microsoft Office experience; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) Strong technical and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy Education & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree plus 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience, OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience Physical Requirements Employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, walk, and lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
