Associate Product Manager

Supporting the Insurance/Annuities and Alternative Investments teams, the full-time Associate Product Manager will manage operational administration, workflow processes, and documentation while assisting with strategic growth initiatives in a hybrid or remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage department workflows, respond to service requests, and assist with the transition of annuity and insurance business Support operational processes for the Alternative Investments platform, including creating advisor-facing materials and tracking follow-up items Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with product onboarding and troubleshooting operational issues Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience in insurance and annuity and/or alternative investment teams at wealth management firms, insurance carriers, or asset managers Bachelor's degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including CoPilot Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across product lines Desire to expand knowledge and responsibilities in one or both product lines over time
