We're expanding our Appointment Setter team with a small group of high‑caliber individuals who want to be paid for performance, trained by experienced leaders, and given real room to grow. Your Role You'll connect with people who are already seeking financial clarity – and help them feel confident enough to take the next step. You'll use real conversations, not cold call lists. You'll build relationships, not just pipelines. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Engage prospects through social platforms, professional communities, and personal networks Lead discovery-style conversations to understand goals, challenges, and financial situations Communicate our services in a way that's personal, simple, and relevant Qualify prospects and coordinate appointments with our advisory team Follow up consistently and maintain organized notes and pipeline records Meet weekly activity and performance benchmarks Compensation $900–$1,800 per week performance-based – top performers exceed this Uncapped earnings tied directly to your output Fast‑track growth opportunities for strong performers Who We’re Looking For You take ownership.
