This position supervises project staff, coordinates community partnerships, and oversees the development of a culturally responsive System of Care blueprint for children, youth, and families. The Project Director ensures activities align with SAMHSA requirements, the approved grant narrative and budget, United Keetoowah Band (UKB) priorities, and Keetoowah values. This is a non-treatment position focused on community planning, engagement, and infrastructure development.---**Primary Responsibilities:*** Oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure activities, deliverables, and reporting requirements are completed within established timelines.* Convene the Tribal Community Board and coordinate meetings, communications, and documentation.* Oversee the Tribal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis, community assessment, and collection of stakeholder input.* Coordinate Gathering of Native Americans (GONA) planning with facilitators, elders, youth, families, and community partners.* Develop cross-system partnerships, agreements, and referral processes to support a coordinated System of Care.* Lead development and completion of the System of Care blueprint and sustainability plan.* Coordinate with the evaluator and consultants to ensure completion of assigned activities and deliverables.* Collaborate with grants and fiscal staff to monitor expenditures, maintain project documentation, and meet grant requirements.* Monitor project progress and performance measures and coordinate accurate and timely SAMHSA reporting.* Ensure youth voice, family engagement, cultural practices, and Keetoowah values guide project planning and implementation.* Represent the project in meetings with UKB, SAMHSA, schools, tribal programs, and community partners.* Perform other duties related to the project as assigned.* Follow all policies and procedures set forth by Echota Behavioral Health.**Supervisory Responsibilities:*** This position will supervise and support the Community Engagement Coordinator, Youth Engagement Coordinator, and other assigned project staff.## Qualifications**Minimum Qualifications:****Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, public health, education, social work, behavioral health, human services, tribal administration, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.**License/Certifications:*** No professional license or certifications required for this position.**Experience:*** At least three years of experience in grant administration, project management, youth or family services, tribal programs, education, or community initiatives.* Experience overseeing budgets, project timelines, staff, documentation, and reporting requirements.* Ability to coordinate community participation and develop partnerships across programs and organizations.* Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s license and a clear background check.**Physical Requirements:*** Must be able to travel locally for outreach activities.* Requires discretion, empathy, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.**Work Environment:*** Office-based position.**This position may have care of or contact with Indian children.****Applicants must meet the stated minimum qualifications for the position as listed in the job posting.
