Team details & who they will work with: Work with HM’s team and product team manager. (Program team (6 team members) will execute against a full portfolio in Sports Marketing (Wholesale Partners) for Nike.net- Essentially a digital catalog they can sell through (Make sure sales team and wholesale partners have assets they need to make buying decisions) 

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must have skills:

• 4+ years of project and/or program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional digital initiatives, stakeholder management, vendor management to finalize requirements
• Mitigate risks against the project plan

Nice to have skills:

• Product background helpful because they will support at discovery phase
  Gira, Atlassian, Confluence

Software/technical requirements:
Adobe tools, Airtable, 

• Previous Nike/industry experience preference: Very helpful not mandatory
• What 2-3 traits does the successful person in the role have? Able to work independently, self starter, comfortable with ambiguity, working in cross functional teams (nike matrix)
  
   

The Storytelling program accounts for $300M of the team's $1.1B FY27 delivery goal. This workstream spans CMS Modernization and DRA Modernization, including the team's approved Adobe AEM Cloud Service upgrade — a foundational move required to unlock campaign automation, agent-assisted authoring, and scaled wholesale content experiences. Additional program management capacity is needed now to keep this initiative on track and deliver to its value targets. This role will be embedded in the Storytelling program, partnering closely with engineering, product, design, and program leadership to drive day-to-day execution and ensure delivery milestones are met. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Own project planning, milestone tracking, and status reporting across the CMS Modernization and DRA workstreams 
• Drive execution of the Adobe AEM Cloud Service upgrade from active development through production deployment 
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, design, vendor, and executive stakeholders 
• Identify and actively mitigate risks, blockers, and delivery gaps before they escalate 
• Contribute a product management lens — helping define scope, prioritize backlog items, and translate business needs into clear delivery requirements 
• Support change management and adoption activities as the team transitions to new platform capabilities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• 4+ years of project and/or program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional digital initiatives 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with structured planning and clear communication 
• Experience operating in Agile environments 
• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging engineers, product managers, and executives 
• Hybrid mindset: this role blends project execution with product ownership sensibilities — prior product management experience is expected 

Preferred / Nice to Have: 

• Experience with Adobe AEM or Adobe Marketing Cloud (AEM, Workfront, etc.) 
• Background in CMS, DAM, or digital content platform programs 
• Engineering background or hands-on technical experience — not required, but a meaningful differentiator for partnering with development teams 
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted content authoring 
• Experience in B2B, wholesale, or enterprise digital experience programs 
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar PM platforms

• The ideal candidate brings a hybrid background — someone who has managed programs and projects at scale, but who can also think like a product owner: asking why before how, shaping requirements, and helping the team prioritize what matters most. They're structured but adaptable, and they bring enough technical fluency to earn credibility with engineering partners without needing to write the code themselves.
• Experience in digital platform modernizations — particularly CMS upgrades, cloud migrations, or content toolchain transformations — is a strong signal. Adobe platform familiarity is a meaningful accelerator given the team's approved path to AEM Cloud Service. Exposure to AI-powered tools or agentic workflows is increasingly relevant as the program builds toward automation-first storytelling capabilities.
