Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in site development, stormwater, or water/wastewater engineering
- Experience with drainage design, hydraulic calculations, and hydrologic analysis
- Ability to independently evaluate and complete engineering design solutions
- Experience working in AutoCad
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain Professional Engineering registration
Plusses:
- Civil 3D experience
- Experience with stormwater management design
- Experience preparing construction bid documents
- Technical report writing experience
- Construction phase engineering support experience
Day-to-Day:
- Prepare engineering construction documents for site development projects
- Design site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, erosion control measures, and utility infrastructure
- Develop stormwater management solutions and perform hydrologic/hydraulic analyses
- Complete hydraulic calculations and drainage reports
- Collaborate with Project Managers and engineering teams on project design efforts
- Support projects across schools, office buildings, manufacturing facilities, parking garages, and multifamily developments
- Prepare construction bid and permitting documents
- Write technical reports and project documentation
- Provide engineering support throughout construction phases

This individual will support a diverse portfolio of land development projects, including educational, commercial, industrial, parking, and multifamily developments. The engineer will be responsible for producing construction documents, performing site design and stormwater analysis, preparing drainage reports, and collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
