Dynamics 365 Engineer Lead

Salary: $140,000 - 155,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree and at least 9 years of experience, though equivalent professional experience may replace formal education.
• We need 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• We are looking for deep expertise in D365 CE development, including custom plugins, JavaScript, custom tables/entities, and low-code/no-code solutions.
• We require experience working with RESTful APIs.
• We value 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience, along with experience leading tasking efforts that support delivery.
• We seek substantial background in software development, customer engagement, both formal and informal communication, and mentorship.
• Preferred: familiarity with government contracting requirements and regulations.
• Preferred: experience with Copilot development.
• Preferred: prior experience working with Veterans Affairs.

• We partner with leadership to shape the technical direction of the program while growing into people management responsibilities.
• We coach and develop engineering team members, help define growth goals and development plans, and foster a culture of learning.
• We mentor one or two engineering teams on technical direction and career development.
• We lead team processes and identify best practices to close operational gaps.
• We collaborate with key stakeholders to advocate for strong technical solutions and clearly explain tradeoffs.
• We strengthen written communication and presentation skills to describe systems, design choices, and past performance.
• We may contribute to bid writing, technical demos, strategic planning, and other client-facing communications.
• We present the programs engineering progress, future priorities, and risks.
• We build influence by translating and communicating technical challenges and roadmaps.
• We participate in candidate interviews and help develop and evaluate take-home assignments.
• We manage hiring, performance reviews, timecard approvals, PTO administration, and team development.
