Identify room assignments and types of cleaning required for each room. Inspect guest rooms after being cleaned by the Housekeeper. Identify turns and report to the manager which rooms will be cleaned and ready. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Enter status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheets. Assist all aspects within the Housekeeping discipline, up to but not limited to cleaning rooms/villas, house aide duties, and public space cleaning. Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
