Fleet MechanicThis position is responsible for the maintenance and repairs to Menard owned equipment.Primary Responsibilities:Perform mechanical repairs to cars, trucks, semi-tractors CNG and diesel.Diagnose vehicle problems.Troubleshoot mechanical issues.Perform accurate and timely vehicle repairs.Look for additional repairs beyond what's listed.Position Requirements:Have 3-5 years of direct mechanical experience or an accredited technician degreeProvide their own toolsMust be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitaskParts knowledgeMust be able to take direction from managementMust be able to work independentlyAble to lift 40lbs. occasionally
