Automotive Salesperson

As an Automotive Salesperson at Freedom Ford, part of the Generation Auto Group, you are the face of our dealership and play a key role in creating a positive and seamless car-buying experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset. Your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and guide them through the sales process directly impacts customer satisfaction, dealership performance, and long‑term loyalty. What You’ll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming dealership experience Identify customer needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and capabilities Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Stay up to date on product knowledge, current inventory, and manufacturer programs Work closely with management and the finance team to structure and finalize deals Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the CRM system Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Assist with showroom presentation, vehicle displays, and lot organization Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner What We’re Looking For Valid & clean driver’s license required Punctual, dependable, and driven to succeed Flexible with scheduling, including evenings, Saturdays and Sundays Outgoing, confident, and customer-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable using CRM systems and dealership technology Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Generation Auto Group
