This is an opportunity to join a dealership that values integrity, collaboration, and an elevated client-first approach in every interaction.Position OverviewThe Sales Manager is responsible for developing, coaching, and inspiring our sales team to achieve outstanding results in a modern, consultative sales environment. This role blends leadership, technology proficiency, and client engagement to ensure every guest receives a personalized, world-class experience.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development• Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Consultants and Product Specialists to perform at their highest potential. • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability across all sales operations. • Coach team members on utilizing our digital retailing and CRM tools to enhance client engagement and follow-through. • Conduct daily sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews focused on continuous growth.Sales Performance & Strategy• Develop and execute monthly and annual sales strategies that drive performance and profitability. • Analyze performance data and implement process improvements using dealership software systems. • Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and pricing strategies in collaboration with the General Manager. • Partner with marketing to develop events and campaigns that attract new clients and strengthen brand loyalty.Client Experience & Relationship Management• Ensure every client interaction reflects the values of trust, transparency, and sophistication of our company. • Oversee client satisfaction efforts, including timely resolution of any issues or concerns. • Maintain visibility on the showroom floor and engage directly with guests to enhance relationships and referrals.Brand Standards & Compliance• Uphold brand standards throughout the showroom and all sales operations. • Ensure compliance with all dealership, manufacturer, and regulatory guidelines.Cross-Department Collaboration• Work closely with Service, and Parts teams to deliver a seamless and premium ownership experience. • Participate in dealership and community events to build brand awareness and client loyalty.Qualifications• Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role (luxury brand experience strongly preferred). • Proven record of success in building, training, and developing high-performing sales teams. • Strong background using CRM, DMS, and digital retailing software to track performance and enhance customer experience. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the Luxury image.Compensation & Benefits• Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses and commission. • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). • Ongoing training and certification opportunities. • Company vehicle allowance or demo program. • Career advancement opportunities within our luxury automotive group.Join Our TeamIf you’re a proven sales leader with a passion for developing people and delivering luxury-level client experiences, we’d love to meet you.
