Desktop Support Technician

Location : Onsite - Pensacola, FL ( Day Shift )

Duration : Longterm Ongoing with no end date

Compensation*

Rate : $28/hr on W2

*This is the targeted compensation range for this role per hour. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.

Job Description:

100% On Site Pensacola, FL. Hours will be a day shift.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Patience and strong team-first mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills:

Troubleshooting and ticketing systems (ServiceNow)

Windows 10 experience

Microsoft Active Directory

Desktop imaging (MDT, LTI, ZTI)

Microsoft Office/365, Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes

Printer support (HP, Canon, Toshiba)
