The division provides comprehensive, patient-centered management for the full spectrum of kidney diseases across Central Texas and is composed of nine general nephrologists, two transplant nephrologists, and eight advanced practice providers. Baylor Scott & White manages its outpatient dialysis program, caring for more than 600 patients. The ACGME-accredited Baylor Scott & White Nephrology Fellowship Program trains two fellows per year. Faculty are actively engaged in teaching, clinical research, and quality improvement initiatives that advance value-based and precision kidney care. The division maintains a close affiliation with Baylor College of Medicine, and the successful candidate will be eligible for faculty appointment.
