Do you want to work directly with investors, earn their confidence, and become their go-to partner for deal flow? We're looking for a driven, relationship-first Account Manager to join GG Homes. You'll be managing and growing a portfolio of investor clients, connecting them with opportunities, keeping them engaged, and becoming a core part of how our acquisitions engine runs. No prior real estate experience required. If you bring the people skills, the hunger, and the follow-through, we'll give you the training, the tools, and the opportunity to grow. Compensation $60,000 base draw + uncapped commissions. First year OTE of $120,000+ Who We Are GG Homes is one of Southern California's fastest-growing real estate companies, operating across residential acquisitions, multi-family, and ground-up development. What started as a cash home buying operation has grown into a full-scale real estate platform, and we're still in the early innings of where we're going. We identify, acquire, and develop properties across Southern California, and we've built a team of experienced operators who are serious about developing the next generation of real estate professionals alongside the assets we build. The Role: Account Manager This is a role for someone who sees relationship management as a career, not just a job. As an Account Manager at GG Homes, you'll be the primary point of contact for a growing portfolio of real estate investors. You'll build new relationships through outreach and networking, nurture the ones you earn, and match clients with the right opportunities as they move through our pipeline. You'll work closely with our acquisitions and development teams to stay ahead of deal flow, communicate value clearly, and build the kind of trust that turns a first conversation into a long-term partnership. What You'll Do Build, manage, and grow a book of investor clients across GG Homes' deal pipeline Proactively reach out to prospective investors through outbound outreach and networking Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, staying responsive, informed, and trusted Match investors with properties and opportunities that align with their goals Coordinate with acquisitions, development, and transaction teams to stay ahead of deal flow Educate clients on GG Homes' model, markets, and opportunities Maintain accurate records in our CRM Hit activity, pipeline, and revenue targets consistently Your Qualifications You see this as the start of a real career in relationship-driven sales, and you're here to build something You have a background in competitive sports, student organizations, customer-facing roles, or anything else that shows you know how to earn trust and push yourself You're a recent grad or early in your career and ready to bet on yourself You're outgoing, genuine, and people naturally open up to you You're organized and proactive and follow-ups never fall through the cracks on your watch You can take feedback, apply it, and improve fast You own your results, good or bad Benefits & Culture We work hard, but we make sure it's worth it.
