WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS OUR HVAC INSTALLER - SERVICE TECHNICIAN: Performing accurate, efficient, and high‑quality residential HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installations while following all blueprints, wiring diagrams, and building codes Accurately installing equipment and related components, including ductwork, wiring, control systems, thermostats, and more, and testing new systems to check functionality Using diagnostic tools to identify the source of system issues or refrigerant leaks Repairing mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and replacing parts as needed (motors, fans, thermostats, etc.) Professionally communicating with homeowners, explaining repair needs, generating cost estimates, and providing usage/maintenance tips Maintaining detailed service records, work orders, and installation reports Coordinating with contractors, construction teams, and supervisors as needed REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various weather conditions, and work in areas such as attics, rooftops, and confined spaces Ability to safely and accurately use power tools and diagnostic tools Ability to stay up‑to‑date with new HVAC technology, regulations, and industry changes Ability to complete accurate documentation, maintain your tools, and keep your service vehicle in good condition Diagnostic skills and a customer service mindset JOIN US!
