Server Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Process payments accurately using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations.

Skills

• Food preparation: Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and ability to assist in the kitchen when needed.
• Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple tables simultaneously, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Restaurant experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred.
• Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and address guest needs.
• Basic math: Proficiency in basic math calculations for accurate order taking and payment processing.
• Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of our guests.
• OpenTable: Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation management systems is a plus.
• POS: Experience using point-of-sale systems for order entry and payment processing.
