Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to NICU patients ranging from 23 to 40+ weeks gestation in a 32-bed unit across two floors
• Manage and monitor patients on ventilators, oscillators, and Vapotherm with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:3
• Assist with and perform unit procedures including intubations, eye exam assistance, feeding tube insertions, and IV insertions
• Document patient care accurately using Centricity Perinatal and Meditech EMR systems
• Float to Level II NICU and Newborn Nursery as needed
• Work 3–4 weekends per month as part of the standard schedule; no on-call requirement

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of NICU nursing experience
• Hands-on ventilator experience required
• Experience caring for neonates from 23 to 40+ weeks gestation
• Current CPR certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with oscillator ventilation
• Proficiency with CPN (Centricity Perinatal) charting
