Quick Facts: Location: Seattle, WA Start Date: 07/17/2026 End Date: 11/15/2026 (transition to mid-February 2027 at Swedish First Hill) Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (10 hours/day); Friday Clinic/Admin Day Hours/Week: 40 hours (overtime applies after 40 hours/week) Employment Type: Contract, Full-Time License/Certs: Active WA State or IMLC license, DEA, BC certification, RNFA certification (preferred) with Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology experience Experience: Proven experience with pelvic exams, robotic surgeries (Da Vinci system), gynecologic pathology, pelvic procedures, and first assisting in surgeries Pay & Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application Competitive hourly rate of $1.00/hour Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time as per laws Reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other applicable expenses Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You’ll Do: Provide gynecologic oncology first assist support and pelvic surgery assistance, including robotic surgeries Conduct routine gynecologic exams and screenings Assist in inpatient and outpatient clinics Collaborate with healthcare team for surgical planning and patient care Support administrative and clinical tasks as scheduled Cover 4-10 hour shifts per week, primarily operating days with Fridays dedicated to clinic and admin What You Need: Current active WA State or IMLC license and DEA BC certification in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant RN First Assisting (RNFA) certification (preferred) At least 2+ years of experience in gynecology, gynecologic oncology, or pelvic surgery Experience with robotic surgeries (Da Vinci) and pelvic exams Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: This assignment involves supporting gynecologic oncology cases, assisting with pelvic surgeries, and providing outpatient gynecology care in a dynamic hospital setting. The providers will work closely with surgical teams, performing first assisting and procedural support, including robotic surgeries. The positions are part of a temporary coverage due to overlapping maternity leaves, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
