Solutions Analyst

We are partnering with an established organization to identify a Solutions Analyst with experience supporting supply chain planning applications. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys solving complex system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities Support, maintain, and troubleshoot supply chain planning applications Partner with IT and business stakeholders to resolve system issues and optimize performance Assist with planning, forecasting, and procurement processes Analyze business requirements and recommend application enhancements Provide ongoing application support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting business applications Experience with Supply Chain Planning Systems Knowledge of Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Procurement Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with Kinaxis Background in Supply Chain or Operations Experience with data analysis and reporting Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams Schedule Hybrid work environment 40 hours per week Long-term contract opportunity Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
