Customer Service Specialist

Job Opportunity At Forest River Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening. Responsibilities include: Provide customer service and technical support to both our retail and retail base via phone, email, written correspondence and fax Provide a variety of supporting roles for the Customer Service department Participate in cross-training of tasks within department Process dealer's parts orders and Warranty Claims Answer questions regarding claims via phone/email Record retention and reporting Miscellaneous office duties Learn product like from frame to final Qualifications include: Attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV, Buss or Commercial Vehicle parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced.
