Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients during each shift.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care based on their individual needs.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to clinical staff as necessary.
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered.
• Collaborate with the facility's leadership to maintain the competency of clinical staff and manage resources effectively.
