We're hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services across the Aberdeen School District for the 2025–2026 academic year. About the Role:

• Serve students across elementary, middle, and high schools in the district
• Evaluate and support fine motor skills, self-regulation, sensory processing, handwriting, and adaptive skills
• Work closely with teachers, SPED staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Use Liri AI to simplify documentation and reduce after-hours workload
• Deliver therapy in classrooms, therapy spaces, and group settings
• Collaborate in RTI/MTSS frameworks and promote functional independence

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• School calendar-aligned (2025–2026 academic year)
• Option to add Extended School Year (ESY) work
• Built-in planning/documentation flexibility

What You'll Need:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Washington OT license (or eligibility)
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong collaboration, time management, and communication skills
• Passion for working with children and school teams
