Customer Service Representative Details: Temporary position $ 20.00 to $ 20.50 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Answer a high volume of customer calls and emails professionally Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems Process billing, invoices, delivery receipts, and payment adjustments Coordinate daily pickups and delivery schedules Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and account issues Support dispatch operations and logistics coordination Work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment Customer Service Representative Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Minimum 6 months of customer service experience Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Flexible to work overtime or schedule changes as business needs require Preferred-Experience using AS400 or similar warehouse/ERP software Applicant may be subject to a background check *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
