ETICOM LLC is a growing company specializing in flexographic and digital printing, pressure-sensitive labels, and flexible packaging .

We provide high-quality printing and packaging solutions to B2B customers, combining competitive lead times, technical expertise, and the support of our manufacturing and commercial teams in Monterrey, Mexico.

We are looking for a Bilingual B2B Outside Sales Representative to help expand ETICOM's presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

This is a business development-focused sales position for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening new accounts, visiting customers, building relationships, and closing business.

We are looking for a sales hunter — not an order taker.

The ideal candidate is proactive, competitive, self-motivated, comfortable with cold prospecting, and capable of developing a territory from the ground up.

The Opportunity

This position will focus approximately:

70% – New Business Development
30% – Account Management

Your primary objective will be to identify, prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

You will work directly with customers in the United States while maintaining continuous communication with ETICOM's commercial and operational teams in Monterrey, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development – 70%

• Prospect and develop new B2B customers from the ground up.
• Identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers within the DFW market.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and customer visits.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and develop appropriate product and technical solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations and sales proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial conditions.
• Develop new accounts from initial prospecting through closing.
• Consistently pursue and achieve new business and revenue targets.

Account Management – 30%

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Serve as a primary commercial contact for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, projects, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate customer needs with ETICOM's production, operations, and commercial teams in Mexico.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor customer payment status and maintain appropriate commercial follow-up.
• Prepare weekly sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account status reports.

Qualifications

Required

• Currently reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area .
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven experience in prospecting and developing new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting outbound sales activities.
• Comfortable meeting customers in person and traveling throughout the DFW area.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with a team in Mexico.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 100% on-site .

Preferred

Experience selling in one or more of the following industries:

• Printing
• Flexible packaging
• Labels
• Packaging materials
• Manufacturing
• Industrial products
• Industrial distribution
• Plastics
• Corrugated packaging
• Food packaging
• B2B services
• Other technical or consultative sales environments

Industry experience is preferred but not required. Strong B2B sales and business development experience will also be considered.

• $42,000–$48,000 USD annual base salary
