A company is looking for a Default Specialist to support legal representation in foreclosure and related litigation matters. Key Responsibilities Manage new cases and ensure efficient handling throughout the default process Maintain quality control and provide exceptional customer service to clients Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless workflow and case management Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreclosure or mortgage servicing operations Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Access Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Adaptability to changing client expectations and industry requirements
