Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)

Crown Imaging is a family‑owned and operated 11,000 sf imaging center, offering 2 MRIs, CT, Nuclear Medicine, X‑Ray/Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound/Echo and Bone Density scans. We are in need of a skilled X‑ray Tech to join our awesome team. The existing Tech is beginning his MRI training onsite and will be training his replacement for X‑Ray. We offer a relaxed but dedicated team approach with staff committed to excellence, providing a low‑stress and organized workflow. There are 1 or 2 ARRTs on site who can assist, and a radiologist is onsite every day for patient consulting. Scheduled Hours Daytime hours only, Monday through Friday working 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a 30‑minute lunch. NO Call – NO Evenings – NO Weekends – NO Holidays Duties Perform X‑ray examinations, including fluoroscopy, myelograms, arthrograms and bone density. Prepare patients for scans – changing gowns as needed – allowing focus on imaging and patient care. Set up trays for procedures and explain the process to patients prior to the exam. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards for medical imaging. Maintain accurate records of procedures performed and patient information in the RIS system. Review images for quality and confirm all images and documentation are accurately captured. Assist in compliance with ACR and State radiation control requirements. Participate in ongoing education to stay current with advancements in medical imaging technology. Assist other clinical staff, such as prepping patients for scans and supporting the CT Tech as needed. Produce CDs as required by each Tech. Qualifications Certification as an ARRT from an accredited program. NCT/LMT is not applicable for this position. Proficiency in performing X‑rays; procedures are taught on the job. Preferred: 2 years of X‑ray experience; GE system experience a plus. Current CPR certification. Excellent patient care skills. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in healthcare. Pay Rate Final starting pay is based on experience, work history, and interview performance. Higher compensation is available when taking on additional tasks such as RSO. Pay increases are driven by expanded value to the company rather than tenure. Benefits Paid time off/vacation accrues from your start date; a full year of employment generates 80 hours per year.
