New Hire Bonus Opportunity of $3000 Openings in 51 counties throughout Southern Indiana to include Daviess, Martin, Orange, Dubois, Crawford, Spencer, and Perry counties. $47,028-$71,000 per year + Car (Personal Use Option Available) * Starting rates vary based on education, experience, and licensure earned. Therapists holding an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT will earn a base minimum of $58,000 annually (with potential increase based on experience). Therapists holding an LSW, LMHC-a, or LMFT-a will earn a base minimum of $52,500 annually (with potential increase based on experience). Those with temporary licenses or who are not licensed eligible, but hold a Master's degree in a Human Service-related field and meet certain education requirements will earn a base minimum of $47,028 annually. * More details and other benefits listed below. Our Services are provided to adolescents, children, and families in the client's communities and homes. This opportunity could include working with youth on probation and their families. Master's or Doctorate degree with a current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board Master's degree with a temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board Master's degree in related human services field having completed a minimum of 24 post-secondary semester hours in a qualifying human services degree field. Based on statistics from AAA, paying a personal use fee for a company car could increase total compensation up to $7000-$8000 per year.
