We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and strengthen relationships with existing customers. As a third-generation, family-owned company, we have deep roots in the communities we serve and take pride in providing quality products and services to businesses across a variety of industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing businesses while having the independence to manage their local territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new business opportunities across Medical, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial, and other commercial industries
• Create and execute sales strategies designed to increase revenue and expand the customer base
• Prospect for new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, community involvement, and other business development activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers
• Product demonstrations, presentations, and sales meetings
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that provide value and solve business challenges
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and successful account implementation
• Represent the company professionally within the local business community

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven success in outside sales or business-to-business sales preferred
• Strong prospecting, networking, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a demonstrated ability to generate new business
• Experience selling within Hospitality, Healthcare, Industrial, or other B2B service industries is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an internal team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required
