Lead Android Developer

Role Description
- Lead technical execution for complex mobile application initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to development teams.
- Coordinate coding activities and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
- Develop and evaluate technical architectures, prototypes, and implementation approaches.
- Collaborate closely with architecture teams on system and application design.
- Establish and communicate technical goals and development direction.
- Drive feature decomposition and story creation activities.
- Identify dependencies, perform impact analysis, and mitigate project risks.
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies and planning activities.
Qualifications
- Must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 mid-to-large custom implementation projects.
- Experience leading execution of complex technical initiatives.
- Experience coordinating and overseeing development activities across teams of senior and lead developers.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and software engineering principles.
- Experience developing prototypes and evaluating technical alternatives.
- Proven ability to establish technical direction and mentor development teams.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and application architecture concepts.
Requirements
- Android Native Development (Kotlin) - 8+ years of experience required.
- Technical Solution Design - 8+ years of experience designing and implementing technical solutions for complex business requirements.
- Production Support & Troubleshooting - 5+ years of experience troubleshooting code defects and resolving production issues.
