Job Description

I'm partnering with a well-established regional public accounting firm with multiple offices across Massachusetts , and we're actively hiring a Tax Senior to join their expanding team! This firm is known for its low turnover, hybrid flexibility, and strong internal career paths - and they're hiring immediately due to growth and retirements.
Position Highlights:

• Hybrid: 2-3 days remote , 2-3 days in office
  
  
• Busy season: 50-55 hrs/week
  
  
• Off-season: 37.5 hrs/week
  
  
• Strong client mix: nonprofits, small businesses, manufacturing, and auto dealerships
  
  
• Work includes 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 990s
  
  
• Ideal for CPA or EA licensed pros , or those actively pursuing
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80K-$95K base salary + DOE
