The Ideal Craftsman Candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades Carpentry Electrical fixtures Plumbing fixtures Paint Drywall Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role Proper Equipment Basic set of hand tools required. Specialty tools and equipment will be provided as needed for the project. Troubleshooting Skills Must be a problem solver, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner. Excellent Communication Skills Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
