Schedule: 40-hour/week.

Catholic Care Center is excited to offer an opportunity for a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Bel Aire KS . This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a collaborative skilled nursing environment.

Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist , you will evaluate residents, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ physical conditions and functional limitations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices

• Provide therapeutic interventions to restore mobility and reduce pain

• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies

• Complete accurate and timely documentation per facility and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes

• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

 

Qualifications

• Active Kansas Physical Therapist (PT) license

• In good standing with all licensing boards and regulatory agencies

• SNF or long-term care experience preferred

• Familiarity with Net Health documentation system a plus

• Strong communication and clinical skills
