Job Description


Shift Description: 12 hour shifts, nights/day combination. 24 hour shift available if interested

• Board Certified (AANP or NCPA) - REQUIRED

• MI License - Highly Preferred (willing to accept providers needing to obtain License)

• BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED

• Must be experienced - REQUIRED

• Acute Care trained and certified- Required

looking for an APP Cardiovascular Surgeon to fill their need!

• Dates of Coverage: ASAP through December of 2025, potentially longer depending on recruitment and training for new hires.

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, nights/day combination. 24 hours shift available if interested.

• Call Schedule: No call required.

• Practice Setting: Hospital-based. CVICU

• Average Number of Patients Per Day: Daily census of 9

• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

• Level II Trauma Center

• APP be Working Autonomously: Yes

• Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes, for day shift, by phone for night shift.

• Patient Age Demographic: Adult 18 and older

• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
